Focus Notes Timer is developed and provided by N-Educate.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Focus Notes Timer Android application.
Focus Notes Timer is designed to work primarily offline. The app does not require users to create an account, and N-Educate does not operate external servers that collect or store users’ focus sessions, notes, categories, timer history, statistics, or app preferences.

N-Educate does not receive this information through an external N-Educate server.

Focus sessions, task names, notes, categories, timer history, statistics, and app preferences are stored locally on the user’s device using the app’s private local database and preferences storage.
This information remains on the device unless the user chooses to remove it.
Users can delete locally stored information by:
Using available delete or clear-history features inside the app
Clearing the app’s storage through Android device settings
Uninstalling the app
Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage may permanently remove locally stored app information.
Internet and Network Access
The app’s core timer, notes, history, settings, and statistics features can work without an internet connection.
Internet access is used to load advertisements and related services provided through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, also known as Google AdMob.
Focus Notes Timer does not use a custom N-Educate API or cloud server to upload users’ focus-session notes or timer history.
Advertising and Google AdMob
Focus Notes Timer uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to display advertisements.
Google AdMob may process certain device, advertising, technical, diagnostic, and interaction information for purposes such as:

N-Educate does not directly share users’ focus-session notes, task names, timer history, categories, statistics, or preferences with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Information processed through Google AdMob may be handled by Google and its advertising partners for advertising, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and service-delivery purposes, subject to applicable consent choices and Google’s policies.
Data Retention
Information created through the app’s timer, notes, history, categories, statistics, and settings features remains stored locally on the user’s device until it is deleted by the user, cleared through Android settings, or removed when the app is uninstalled.
N-Educate does not retain copies of this locally stored information on an external N-Educate server.
Information processed independently by Google AdMob may be retained according to Google’s own retention policies.
Data Security
Locally stored app information is kept within the application’s private storage area on the user’s Android device.
The app does not intentionally transmit users’ private focus-session notes or timer history to N-Educate servers.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and device accounts.
Children’s Privacy
Focus Notes Timer is a general productivity application and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
N-Educate does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an N-Educate account or server because the app does not require account creation and does not upload users’ private focus-session information to an N-Educate server.
